New unemployment claims rise again...
The Verizon strike of course. Yea that's it.
They do their best to make it clear we are not near recession levels.
Initial claims for state unemployment benefits rose 5,000 to a seasonally adjusted 417,000, the Labor Department said, but still nowhere near levels that would signal a recession.Nothing will change until a competent person moves into the White House, and brings some intelligent folks along.
