Charlie's Angels star and Friday Night Lights alum Minka Kelly and baseball superstar Derek Jeter are no longer an item, her rep tells People.

Minka Kelly named Esquire's sexiest woman alive.

"They care about each other and it was amicable," says another source. "They're still friends."

The couple dated for three years. During that time, they were notoriously private and, at one point in 2010, rumored to marry.

Just last month, she was there to cheer him on when he joined Major League Baseball's 3,000-hit club, which was chronicled in the HBO special Derek Jeter 3K.
